Gladz Autoglass was founded on one simple mission: to raise the standard of auto glass service through precision, safety, and genuine customer care.
Our story begins with Gladwin Antony, a Certified Auto Glass Technician with over 7 years of hands-on experience in the industry. His journey started in India, where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and built a strong foundation in automotive systems. Eager to expand his expertise, he moved to Canada and completed the Automotive Power Technician program at Niagara College.
Gladwin honed his craft working with two of the industry’s most trusted names—Speedy Glass and Novus Glass. Along the way, he noticed a recurring problem: many shops prioritized speed or profit over quality and customer safety. That’s when the vision for Gladz Autoglass was born.
