It depends on your insurance coverage and your personal preference.

Most standard insurance policies cover OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) glass, which is designed to meet the same fit, safety, and performance standards as the original windshield.

If you have OEM glass coverage through your primary insurance provider or a third-party endorsement, we can source and install OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) glass for your vehicle.

In some cases, if OEE glass is not available, we may be able to obtain approval from your insurance company to use OEM glass instead.

If your insurance policy does not include OEM coverage but you still prefer OEM glass, we can certainly arrange it for you. In that case, you would simply be responsible for paying the price difference between the OEE and OEM glass.

The main difference between OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) glass is the branding and the manufacturer, not necessarily the quality.

  • OEM Glass: This is the same glass that was originally installed on your vehicle when it was built. It is manufactured to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and typically carries the automaker's logo (such as Toyota, Honda, Ford, BMW, etc.).
  • OEE Glass: OEE stands for Original Equipment Equivalent. It is manufactured to meet the same safety and quality standards as OEM glass but is usually produced by the same or another approved manufacturer without the vehicle manufacturer's branding. OEE glass provides an excellent fit, clarity, and performance at a more affordable price.

Both OEM and OEE glass are designed to meet strict safety standards and, when installed correctly, provide reliable performance. The right choice often depends on your insurance coverage, budget, and personal preference. Our team can help you understand your options and recommend the best solution for your vehicle.

Yes. For vehicles equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), we perform recalibration to OEM specifications using industry-leading Autel ADAS calibration equipment. This ensures that safety features such as lane departure warning, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, and camera-based systems function correctly after a windshield replacement.

For certain newer vehicles that require manufacturer-specific calibration procedures, we coordinate directly with the dealership to have the camera recalibrated properly. We handle the entire process for you, making it a seamless and hassle-free experience while ensuring your vehicle's safety systems are restored to factory standards.

Most windshield replacements are completed in 3 to 4 hours, depending on the vehicle and whether ADAS calibration is required. Our goal is to provide a fast, professional service without compromising on quality, so you can have your vehicle back the same day with minimal downtime.

The cost of a full windshield replacement varies depending on your vehicle make and model. However, most customers have comprehensive insurance coverage, so you typically only need to pay your deductible.

Since auto glass replacement is usually processed as a comprehensive claim, it generally does not impact your insurance premium. We handle the entire insurance claim and direct billing process for you to make it completely hassle-free.

If you don’t have comprehensive coverage, we can still provide you with a competitive quote. We are confident that we can beat any competitor’s pricing while still delivering high-quality materials and professional installation.

Yes—if you have comprehensive insurance coverage, rock chip repairs are typically completely free and covered by your insurance.
